Q. Are there any COD charges?

🠚There are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery. We only collect the amount printed on the invoice. Note: Cash on Delivery is not yet available for all pin codes. This is due to limitations of courier services we use, you will receive an email from our customer care within 24 hours informing you if your order cannot be processed through cash on delivery. Additional options like bank transfer, payments through credit or debit card is available and are equally safe.

Note: Cash on Delivery will not be available if your order value exceeds Rs.5K.

Q. Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

🠚All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Q. Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

🠚It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.

Q. Are there any hidden charges?

🠚There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any back-end or sales tax is actually borne by Hangout . You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

🠚In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring :
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
